Common Questions
Concrete & Epoxy Flooring FAQs — Central Florida
Everything homeowners and businesses ask us most often about epoxy, decorative, stamped, and polished concrete.
How long does epoxy flooring last in Florida?
Professionally installed epoxy typically lasts 15–25 years indoors and 8–15 years in garages and lanais. UV-stable topcoats, proper concrete prep, and industrial-grade resin are the biggest longevity factors — all standard on our installations.
Do you serve The Villages and surrounding areas?
Yes — we serve Lady Lake, The Villages, Leesburg, Ocala, Wildwood, Mount Dora, Belleview, Summerfield, and every community across Lake, Marion, and Sumter counties.
How much does decorative concrete or epoxy cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, surface condition, and the finish system. As a rough guide: garage epoxy $4–$8/sq ft, decorative overlays $6–$12/sq ft, stamped or polished concrete $8–$15/sq ft. Every estimate is free and itemized.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes — fully licensed in the State of Florida with general liability and workers' comp on file. Certificates available on request.
How long does installation take?
Residential garage epoxy is usually 1–2 days. Stamped patios and decorative overlays take 2–4 days. Larger commercial projects are scheduled in phases so your operation continues.
Will my new floor be safe for kids and pets?
Absolutely. Once cured, epoxy and polished concrete are inert, hypoallergenic, and have no ongoing off-gassing.
How do I maintain a decorative concrete or epoxy floor?
Sweep and damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Reseal exterior stamped concrete every 2–3 years. That's typically all it takes.
Can you install over an existing tile or coating?
In many cases yes — we evaluate the substrate, remove or grind existing coatings, and prep as needed. In some cases removal is required; we'll tell you upfront.
Do you offer written warranties?
Yes. Every install includes a written product-and-workmanship warranty signed at final walk-through.
How soon can you come out for an estimate?
Most Central Florida estimates are scheduled within 1–2 business days. Same-day is often possible — just call (352) 561-0101.
Do you take on commercial projects?
Yes — warehouses, restaurants, retail, healthcare, auto dealerships, and light industrial. We schedule around your operations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, all major credit cards, and financing through select partners. Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate.
